Raffle Mechanics

1.To qualify, the participants will get 1 raffle coupon for EVERY SPEND of PHP 5,000 purchase at HFO furniture.

***(For example, a customer purchased PHP 20,000 in one invoice, the customer is qualified to have 4 raffle tickets)***

1. Participants must completely fill up the raffle coupon and drop at the designated drop box located at the store cashier.

3. The Promotion is open to all HOME FACTORY OUTLET branches.

4. All employees of BLIMS Lifestyle Group, Inc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

Registration

1. Participant must completely fill up the raffle coupon with the following details:
   a. Complete name
   b. Address
   c. Contact number
   d. Email Address and Signature and drop at the designated drop box located at the designated drop box located at the store cashier.

2. Registration and screening schedule are as follows:
   a. Start of Registration of Entries: April 1, 2025
   b. Deadline of Entries: May 31, 2025
   c. Raffle draw schedule: June 9, 2025
   d. Announcement of winners: June 16, 2025

Prize

• There will be a total of 3 winners, one in each of the following categories: grand prize, 2nd place, and 3rd place.

• The winner will be randomly selected through a raffle draw using a tambiolo and raffle coupons.

• Grand Prize – 1 winner:
  Trip to Boracay for 2 pax (3 days, 2 nights)

Announcement of Winners

1. Winner will be announced on June 16, 2025 after the raffle draw via the official social media accounts of Home Factory Outlet. A BLIMS Lifestyle Group, Inc.’s representative will notify the winner through the registered email, a phone call, or a direct pages, BLIMS Lifestyle Group, Inc. reserves the right to verify the details are correct and valid.

Claiming of Prizes

1. In claiming the prizes, the participant must present the following:
   a. Two (2) government-issued valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, Senior Citizen ID).
   b. Screenshot of the official email sent to the winning participant.

2. If the winner cannot personally claim the prize, an authorized representative may claim on his/her behalf, provided that the representative brings the following:
   a. Two (2) government-issued valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, Senior Citizen ID) of the winner.
   b. An authorization letter signed by the winner himself/herself.

3. If prize is unclaimed within 60 days from receipt of registered mail, proclamation of the winner will be forfeited in favor of BLIMS Lifestyle Group, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
