PRODUCT WARRANTY

Do you offer product warranty?


Products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects of thirty (30) days. Repair or replacement of damaged items due to manufacturing defect will be offered until supplies last, otherwise store credit will be applied. Bear in mind that clearance items sold on an “as-is” basis are not covered under warranty. If a manufacturing defect is discovered, kindly get in touch with your store of purchase and provide a copy of your sales invoice together with photos or relevant videos of the item for our review.

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the cause of damage to the items. If it is determined that the damage was caused by misuse or mishandling, appropriate repair and service fees may be charged. Likewise, if item was assembled or serviced by a person not authorized by HFO, the product warranty is deemed void.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your exchange policy?

Items may be exchanged if found to have a visible factory defect within seven (7) days subject
to the following guidelines:

1.) Original sales invoice must be presented as proof of purchase.
2.) Item must be exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase.

3.) Item must be in the same condition as when purchased, with its original packaging (e.g., in box, with complete accessories, operational, no cosmetic defect). Repair or replacement of damaged items due to factory defect will be offered until supplies last, otherwise store credit will be applied. As per Republic Act No. 7394 (or The Consumer Act of the Philippines), change of mind does not entitle you to a refund or an exchange. Exchange policy will be in conformity with DTI policy and subject to applicable Dealer’s/Manufacturer’s Guarantee. Please note, for made-to-order items
and “as-is” clearance items, an exchange or refund shall not be accepted.

Note: Restocking fees, cost of transport and handling charges may be charged to the customer
when warranted.
